What happens if independent restaurants are given access to the same resources as enterprise brands? Can they thrive?

We think so.

That’s why we created The Lemonade Stand. It’s a place where restaurant owners and operators can collaborate, research, plan, and start projects. Without high pressure sales pitches or bait and switch conversations.

What is The Lemonade Stand?

The Lemonade Stand is a subscription based community where you choose how involved you want to be, how much individual attention you need, and subscribe accordingly. What if something changes? Don’t worry. You can change your subscription level at any time. There’s no commitment, no pressure.

Conversation Channels. With more than a dozen different channels, focused on topical restaurant matters, you can talk with other restaurant owners and operators about what’s important. No vendors or selling allowed.

Document Tool Kits. Tools, templates, best practices… either documentation we know you need, or that the community identified as important. Take whatever you need. It’s all included.

Always Evolving Documentation. Don’t see what you need? The community votes on what documentation we should work on next to ensure you get what you need. Get involved to make sure we’re acting in your best interest. We create tools and videos on a regular basis, so check in often.

1-on-1 Meetings. If you want more support, you can choose a subscription that offers regular meetings. Whether you’re looking for help with a long-term project or just need an ear, you can meet with us regularly. We also offer one-off meetings at a fixed hourly rate, if you just need a little bit of help.

Ad Hoc Projects. Sometimes you’ve got a thing that JUST.NEEDS.TO.BE.DONE. We offer small projects with up-front, fixed, transparent fees. If you need to budget for a project, we want you to know how much it costs up front. No weird negotiation calls or sticker shock.
