    If you’re not familiar with Discord, it’s an online forum. We’ve created an online forum just for restaurant owners and operators. There are no vendors so you won’t get inundated with sales pitches every time you ask a question.

    For The Owner, we're pulling out all of the stops!

    Owners get all the same benefits of The GMs but instead of one monthly 30 minute 1-on-1, you get ONE WEEKLY 30 MINUTE 1-on-1 with Crystina* (or equally qualified member of the Lemonade Brigade as we grow). We can set this as recurring at the same day and time. Feel free to include anyone on your team or vendor that you're working with. The Keyholder description has a non-exhaustive list of topics.

    In addition to a weekly meeting, you'll get access to the EXCLUSIVE Stakeholder Discord Channel that includes all owners and Crystina as well as the Lemonade Brigade. This Discord Channel is quite small so you can expect more focused answers.

    And, if that wasn't enough, there is one 60-minute Owners chat each month. The team can decide in their Discord Channel if there's something specifically they'd like to talk about or we can throw out some options. It's your time, so it's up to you. Videos of these calls will be available exclusively for The Owners, The Silent Partners and The CEOs if they miss a call.

    If you're ready to take your restaurant to the next level, this membership offers you a 1 HOUR (60 minutes) WEEKLY MEETING, a deep dive into your business; hyper-focused on your specific goal. We will spend up to 10 total hours per month (including weekly meetings) working with you to scale. The intention is that you go away with specific steps in order to grow your business in the way that you're hoping. This can take several months to accomplish.

    You'll get access to the Shareholder's Private Chat and be entitled to all other benefits that The Owners enjoy.
